M5 22 1 'And Jesus answered and spake unto them again by parables, and said,' This parable is found in Matthew chapter 22 it is a very important parable as we see those who are saved and those who are lost at the end . Those who claim to be Christians and will not enter heaven . What is the parable of the wedding feast ? In this parable is another rebuke to our modern world and its policies which always are against God and oppose the truth of God .

Today some people do not like nor understand allegories . When i converse with atheists often they say o your example is not right as it does not represent the thing . Then they have a hard time to understand truth . It is like you do not believe a city exists , can you find this city ? No because your mind has shut out all possibilities . So modern people are against the truth and thus cannot find the truth .As for them it does not exist . A car is not the thing but it is a parable or an allegory . It is amazing that today we have to explain this . Did you know that 20 years ago everybody knew what an allegory was ? Jesus is not talking about a human weeding . Someone that enters a wedding without proper clothing could be shut out , but it is not talking about going to a human wedding .
2 'The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son,' It is talking about a king . Which king is it ? What is the parable of the wedding feast ? The Father is God , the son is Jesus . God the Father and Son and the Holy Spirit are inviting everybody to a feast . The feast is to escape earth sorrows, destruction , sickness, sadness and misery . To go to a place where there will be joy, happiness, and prosperity forever .

To whom the son is getting married to ? To the church . Another parable is the 10 virgins where Jesus is getting married to 10 women or 10 churches . God calls all people to this wedding . M5 22 1 'And Jesus answered and spake unto them again by parables,
3 'And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come.' The servants could be the angels and also the true believers who are active . See in this that many false servants God has who are passive servants, thus not seen as God s servants. Gods children are all active in doing his work . Those who are passive and do not bear fruit will soon cut out from the servant position .
What is the parable of the wedding feast ? Who are those servants calling ? Everybody on earth . Abridge is out, then people call everybody driving on this road to stop and not tall to destruction . The very sad part is that most people who are called to escape destruction do not want to escape destruction . Why would those people not want to escape destruction . Can anybody in their right mind not want to escape destruction ? No then what is the real reason ? They do not believe destruction is coming .

Society the bible says is against God, it is contrary to bible truth . It teaches the opposite. When someone worships human reasoning as truth . They did not come and God was very sad, we are all his children and to see so many people deceived and rejecting their loving Father words . Because of pride or loving people words so much is very difficult for God who loves us so much .
4 'Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage.' Jesus also said that he went to prepare mansions for us But people are too engrossed by the things of this world, the pride, the love of appreciation of others..The honor the world gives. They lightly regard this invitation of Jesus .

Those people who reject this invitation are not believing that life will stop after the call is given . They see that God is not punishing many evils on earth and they think that God will also be merciful in , in case this wedding is real then God would forgive their refusal and accept them in heaven. But they do not know that this refusal will be the final call, and once Jesus returns it is over . God is not punishing sin today as much as old testament as Ecclesiastes says EX 8 11 ' Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.'
5 'But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise: 6 And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them. ' What is the parable of the wedding feast ? The farms is earthly things that become too important for these people to want to follow God . These people is the whole world , but if they are called they are professing Christians also .
We see here that it says those Christians kill the true servants of God . Here God explains that there are 2 groups in the church . What does the parable of the wedding banquet mean in matthew 22 ? The group who are nominal Christians ? They could even go to church n=but are not really converted . And those who are actively working for God . 7 'But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.' Often people worldly say that the new testament is all love and roses and the old testament was violent . But we see here the justice of God . Unbelief is a sin . People who do not believe the bible or the truth are not entering heaven . Why ? Because all honest people will accept truth .
Those who do not accept truth, in this God judges them as liars and dishonest. As it is impossible for an honest person to reject truth which is presented rightly to them .
It plainly says here that God kills those who to not believe . The sleeping Christians and the non believers alike . Revelation 21 says the liars their part shall be in the make of fire .
8 'Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy'. A person who doe snot believe God s call cannot be worthy of entering heaven . As they do not believe God s words why would God allow them to enter heaven where they will continue to rebel and fight against the words of God ?
In this call we see the last message for planet earth, the 3 angels message . God has never been popular and this message is not calling to see if everybody accepts it, but it is the last message for planet earth . Babylon and its daughters will receive the mark, the sleeping servants who do not see light in the 3 angels message and do not hear God call for the wedding . And the non believers alike will receive the mark of the beast and the 7 last plagues .
9 'Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage'.The people that look good on the outside, that are well dressed and accepted by society are often not those God calls . Here we see plainly that God chooses those who are rejected by society, those who to not fit in . Those who society sees are worthless, those who walk and people do not even pay attention to them .
Those who groups say do not come in our group . These are those who God takes special attention to Why ? Because as society and what is highly esteemed among men is abomination to God , then whose who do not care about what is highly esteemed among me are rejected it means they are following the voice of God in their hearts .
10 'So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.' The guests of this wedding are filled with the nonconformists, the outcasts .
1 'And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:' In this verse we see that God is talking about about professing Christians . The wedding garment is the righteousness of Jesus . Most Christians have no clues what righteousness by faith is . Most profess to be saved by faith yet also believe they are saved by works . When this men enters the room, he thinks that he is good enough on his own to enter the banquet . What is the parable of the wedding feast ?
But the sad news is that the bible is clear that we are saved by faith only . When someone believes they are saved by works they are proud and think they are good persons . They make of none effect the sacrifice of Jesus and Paul says they are separated from Jesus . If someone makes the sacrifice of Jesus of no effect, then it means that they cannot be saved and make the forgiveness of sins effectual for them .
12 'And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless'. Another place it says that 5 foolish virgins did not enter in ? Another place Jesus says many Christians try to enter heaven and cannot . Because they make their own truth and own righteousness . Spiritual pride is what makes someone believe they are good enough .
Only the few Christians who really believe they are bad and wicked can enter heaven . It is impossible to enter heaven if you think your works matter for salvation and you are a good person . 13 'Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.' Is it so bad as for God to send angels to throw this person in hell ? Yes But this person was a christian all their lives, they gave tithe, they helped the poor, they loved others. But they did not believe they were evil, they do not believe the sacrifice of Jesus was needed. They talked about it but their works showed that they refused the sacrifice of Jesus and were are pharisee and legalisms and those in the times of Jesus who also will end up in hell destruction .
14 'For many are called, but few are chosen.'
Many people are in churches, many people are listening to sermons and yet as only professing Christians never were converted. Ellen g White says conversion is a rare experience. We are converted only when we receive and ask God for his righteousness and and thus God works through us . In this parable we learned that 1 those who reject the last message of God the 3 angels message are rejected , unbelievers of Gods words would also in heaven continue to reject God words.
2 most people in churches do not have the wedding garment and only wear what they want as Cain sacrificed what was pleasing to him and was lost. Will you receive Gods words ? Will you ask for Jesus righteousness instead of your own ? Repeat Father God please help me to accept your truth, help me to see i am a wicked sinner, give me please your righteousness in the name of Jesus amen .
