How can we know that God created everything

Yes we are responsible as Romans chapter 1 says that looking at nature we see God s existence and in the judgment we will have no excuse as also bible prophecy is enough evidence to believe .

@songoflove2018 carbon 14 is not valid as it assumes the rate of decay has always been the same Its like looking at a candel and calculating when did it start to light . It is assuming the candel has always been burning at the same rate .

The universe has changed it is assuming the candel has started to burn from a certain point whch is not valid So carbon 14 is not a valid way to measure things L Living things have been dated the feet 10 milions years and the same animal head 3 million years .
